Return any unsatisfactory item within 14 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment. Please see instructions for returning merchandise under “Return Policy” listed below. SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Shipping Information:

We usually ship orders by Speedee within 1 delivery day of our St Paul, MN warehouse, UPS Ground for any shipments outside of our “1-Day” area plus we may use USPS Priority (United States Postal Service) where efficient. Drop Shipments are allowed.

Same Day Shipping:

Most orders received before 2:00 PM (Central) are processed and shipped the same day as ordered. See UPS map below to view delivery estimates from St. Paul, MN.

Sorry, but all shipments outside of the Continental United States (48 States) are subject to added shipping costs. We can not show added costs on our estimate nor our checkout screen. We can notify you of the actual shipping costs upon request.

Tracking Information:

Tracking Numbers will be emailed to you. When shipping via drop shipments, we sometimes have to contact our source to obtain tracking information. If for some reason you have not received tracking information, please contact us at 651-222-6316 (800-657-1874).

ORDERING OVER THE INTERNET

Ordering over the ‘Net is safe and easy. When you order from the A-1 Vacuum Cleaner Co over the ‘Net, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. If you would prefer to order via FAX, phone, or mail, those options are also available. (Fax to 651-224-2674 or 800-852-4722.

Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line. Some quantity discounts, free shipping on certain Internet specials, and shipping costs on orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.

BACK-ORDERS:

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back-ordered. If this should occur, we will only bill you for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order. We will notify you by e-mail when back-orders become available again before we ship your order. You may cancel normally stocked (back-ordered) items at any time. Special Ordered items can not be canceled and will be shipped as soon as available.

RETURNS

If there is a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back to us within 14 days using Ground UPS or insured USPS Mail (we do not accept CODs). Please ship any return to:

With all returns, please include your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return – i.e. credit your account, exchange for another item etc.  We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.  Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone @ 651-222-6316 or 800-657-1874 or by e-mail.
